Goals:
One of my biggest goals is to start a nonprofit organization—a ministry focused on helping women in and out of prison. I want to support them as they rebuild their lives by offering help with job applications, writing résumés, and finding their footing again.
Background:
I’m the proud member of a big family—nine of us in total, with five brothers and three sisters. My parents raised us in church and taught us right from wrong, but like many, I chose a different path for a while.
I’m 67 years old, born on November 20, 1957, and I’ve spent most of my life in Houston, Texas. I have one daughter and three wonderful grandchildren.
