Zambia Borehole Project
Fountain Gate City Church, located in Ndola, Zambia, is reaching out for support to establish a vital water source for our community. We have two branches: one in the city and another in a suburban village area called Lwansobe.
CRISIS IN ZAMBIA: A Call for Clean Water
In Zambia, the water crisis is urgent and deeply felt. Over 30% of the population lacks access to basic clean water, and more than half live without adequate sanitation. This widespread issue affects health, limits opportunity, and hinders national growth. Without clean water, communities cannot rise out of poverty or realize their full potential.
Fountain Gate City Church, located in Ndola, is responding to this crisis. Their village branch serves a catchment population of approximately 10,000 people, many of whom struggle daily to access safe, reliable water. The church is spearheading a project to install a borehole, providing a sustainable water source that will dramatically improve daily life.
Why Your Support Matters:
- Health Improvement: Access to clean water reduces the risk of waterborne diseases.
- Community Development: The borehole will serve not only our congregation but also support local families and businesses.
- Sustainability: A reliable water source fosters growth and stability in the community.
